About The Internship
- Blount Properties is offering an internship to an ECU student to help refresh the current www.blountproperties.com website by adding new photos, design and any improvements to increase traffic for 2021-2022 leasing season. We have an IT Consultant who can make the changes so no worries on implementation of content.
- Also, included in the internship, we would like to implement new content and photos to the Blount Properties Instagram account to increase traffic for the 2021-2022 leasing season.
- Blount Properties currently has an Instagram account but due to the labor intensity of property management, ownership does not have the time to implement and manage the Instagram account.

About Blount Properties
Blount Properties offers 9 properties of 70 units made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 1 and 2 bedroom duplexes in The Grid. All properties are walking distance to ECU Campus, Uptown Greenville, Tar River Greenway, Town Common and University Area Dog Park.
We own 100% of our carefully maintained properties and do not operate as a property management company for outside parties. Our company offers a 24 hour 7 day a week maintenance call service for all our resident’s needs.
Our properties are 100% Pet Friendly with a one-time minimal pet fee with a breed restriction.
