Reebok is looking for a part-time Fall semester intern to join their Women’s Marketing team. The candidate must be available to work 3 full days per week from 8:30am to 5:00pm
The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing Director and women’s team in the management of JUKARI Business Development, Instructor Training & Education as well as other JUKARI Program elements, conventions, and market research. Additional responsibilities include planning and execution of US based program launch events, including fitness conventions and global marketing meetings.
This internship will train you in several aspects of global brand marketing, event marketing, and small business marketing (JUKARI Fit to Fly/Flex programs). You will gain direct “hands on” experience in the aforementioned areas while developing an understanding of the marketing functions that support a global brand. You will also have an opportunity to learn about other areas of Reebok such as product marketing, corporate communications, public relations, and creative services.
Key Accountabilities Support Women’s team with Reebok Instructor programs/elements, and all day to day needs. Conduct desktop research and analysis on specific training related projects. Help coordinate product, marketing materials, and equipment needs for conventions and events. Assist group with cataloging all files/materials, PowerPoint presentations, and prep for global meetings. Distribute agenda points as well as compose and distribute weekly conference call recap notes with Regions/Markets and Program Partners Manage “JUKARI.com” account in which trainers/gym chains can request information about JUKARI programming. Respond to requests in a timely manner, and send out appropriate program materials. Manage and communicate new business opportunities with JUKARI management.
Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, communications or related field. Strong organization and time management a must A team player, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Background in sports, fitness/athletics is a must. Able to commit to 3 full days per work week (M-F 8:30am-5:00pm). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
