The primary role of the Client Experience intern will be to support the Client Experience team in the planning of the Brand Conference (summer) and additional departmental responsibilities as needed.

Proactively plan/schedule status meetings for Cross Functional Team (CFT) and agency to keep the team on track with deliverables

Manage production timeline for launch of Meeting Registration website (in partnership with travel agent, Ultramar, Manager, Communications); including – creative assets, copy review.

Coordinate/Organize conference calls/meetings with all vendors.

Coordinate shipping of all elements to/from meeting location

Pull together all activities/elements of the event logistics to ensure Hotels Banquet Event Orders are accurate. Make edits based on collective team feedback & follow-up with hotel.

Support team with “pre-planning” meeting prep (Agendas, Creative Review Boards, PowerPoints, etc.)

Support team with content management (routing for approvals, consolidating feedback to agency for editing, etc.) as needed.

Manage needs to support the Brand Conference logistics planning with the hotel, vendors & agency partners.

We aim to cultivate our interns’ skill set across the business spectrum through hands-on learning, rotations, interaction with senior management, presentations and work related projects.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Professional/academic recommendations
  • Juniors (current rising Seniors) or recent college graduates (2011/2012)
  • Based in NYC
