The Influencer Marketing Intern will work on a variety of projects related to the main goal of keeping our expanding list of current and future brand ambassadors well organized. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent follow-through, and be familiar with our brand and marketplace.

Responsibilities

Communicate with various parties (internal and external) to keep projects moving forward and deliverables on task

Assisting with writing of communication to high-level influencers (i.e. managers, stylists, costumers, etc.)

Maintenance of project calendars

Maintenance of pull forms

Pitch in on tasks related to marketing/creative

Research as needed

EYEWEAR INTERNSHIP: GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB TITLE: Eyewear Intern

DESCRIPION:
In June 2010, TOMS launched a new One for One product. Eyewear. For every pair purchase, TOMS will help give sight to someone in need. Still in the early phases of this launch, the Eyewear intern will work on a variety of projects that will relate to helping the core eyewear team expand as well as streamline the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent follow-through, willing to take initiative, and be adaptable in a fast paced environment. While there will be many one off projects related to marketing, sales and events, the candidate needs to have working knowledge in product development.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
With direction and guidance, work on various projects simultaneously.

Communicate, in tandem with Manager, with Eyewear Head of Production to keep deliverables on task

Keep production timelines up to date

Attend all production/product development meetings

Research trends & product news

Maintain sample line tracking system

Assist in various retail marketing initiatives as needed

Gifting & mailings as needed

Field research as needed
