- Undergraduate Senior or first year Master’s student working towards a degree in Major areas of study: community engagement, community development, inter-governmental relations, disaster management, program development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SPSS or similar software; Microsoft Publisher
- Must be detailed-oriented and organized, and have strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
The Community Preparedness and Resilience Services is conducting a community resilience pilot to improve preparedness and resilience. We developed a community engagement strategy that involves building community networks to generate increased collaboration among community partners to identify and address preparedness issues important to them as well as enhance the impact and extend the reach of ARC preparedness activities. During the June 4- August 10, 2012 time frame, the Community Engagement Strategy pilot will be in the final phase. |
