ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
The intern will work in our Olympic and Action Sports division and get introduced to the business of sports by being involved in researching, developing and implementing marketing opportunities for our clients and properties. This is a great opportunity for the passionate, active and focused undergraduate student who wishes to further his/her business interests in sports and gain some hands-on sports marketing experience. The intern will work closely with one of our agents to brainstorm new ideas, service our clients and research relevant topics. This internship is very project-oriented and the tasks will vary depending on what initiatives the agent is working on.
The position is located in our office in Richmond, VA, and is a part-time position during the Spring Semester. Ideally, we would like you to be in the office at least three times per week and work 10 to 20 hours per week. In order to be considered for this unpaid internship, you must be able to receive school credit and provide proof of credit.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must receive school credit
Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Resourceful and strong research skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a-fast paced corporate environment individually and with others
