Human Resources Intern CBS Sports Network – New York, NY Full-time, Internship

– Assists in the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time and internship opportunities which includes posting positions, sourcing resumes, phone screens and scheduling interviews

– Assists in the management of the summer internship program

– Posts CBS Sports Network fall 2013 internships with local colleges and universities and researches

– Assists in the creation and maintenance of personnel files and maintain an organized filing system for recruitment

– And other projects as assigned

Required Skills/Experience
– Bachelor’s degree candidate (Junior or Senior) majoring in Human Resources Management or a related field

– Must be eligible to receive college credit

– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

– Excellent interpersonal skills

-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work flow

– Excellent time management skills

– Internet and social media savvy

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

– Ability to provide administrative support as needed

Preferred Skills/Experience
– All internship offers are contingent upon receipt of school letter verifying credit eligibility

– Internships are in New York, New York. Selected students must be willing to relocate at their own expense

We are looking for passionate students to join our winning team during the summer 2013 season. Interested students must be able to commit to the full summer program which runs from June through early August and be available to intern 5 days per week. This is an UNPAID, FOR-CREDIT ONLY internship program. And, proof of credit eligibility and course enrollment from an accredited academic institution must be provided prior to start date.
