Sports Endeavors, Inc., America’s premier catalog and web source for the best in soccer equipment and apparel, is searching for marketing and promotions interns for SOCCER.COM. The Sports Promotions Group is the front line of our business, and represents our company directly to consumers.

Duties: Interns will assist with our grassroots marketing efforts through the implementation of marketing events throughout the U.S., from June to August. In addition to managing promotional efforts, interns will enter the market to interact with the SOCCER.COM customer base in efforts to increase consumer spending, support current SOCCER.COM partners and gain new customers.
Qualifications:
    Applicants must be available to work between late May 2013 and early August 2013
    Applicants must have a valid drivers’ license with a clean driving record
    Applicants must have an outgoing personality with an ability to confidently interact with current and potential customers.

    Applicants must possess strong verbal presentation skills.
    Applicants must possess the ability to work with a team of individuals to achieve a common goal.
    Applicants must possess an understanding of soccer.
    Applicants must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet-based communications.
    Applicants must be participating in this internship for college credit.
    Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Benefits

The internship pays a $175/week food stipend and company travel expenses. SEI will provide interns with apparel, shoes, and equipment necessary for promotional events. Interns will be eligible for generous employee discounts during the internship. *Background checks and drug tests will be performed.
