Please note: This internship is located in our Digital Services office in Boston, Massachusetts.
Digital Services is looking for a positive, self-starter to intern with our product team to provide assistance with the research and development of the various products that Digital Services manages. NPR Digital Services supports a variety of products including: a web site content management system, email marketing tools, live streaming services, online donation tools, and more. We are looking for an intern that can learn quickly; bring a positive can-do attitude to work; and has great communication skills.
This internship is designed to help students looking to sharpen product management skills. We offer a thriving, fast-paced environment where every day provides new challenges that will add value to your professional development.
Responsibilities:
- supporting product owners by researching third-party tools and competitor tactics
- pulling analytics on member stations
- performing QA tasks
- drafting release notes
- helping with member station communication
- monitoring client use of tools
- administration tasks and various office duties as required
Qualifications:

- Strong research and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
