Planning Editor/Producer Intern
NC Inform, a local TV talk show, is looking for a Planning Editor/Producer to be responsible for creating and developing show topics, obtaining guests, gathering show topic information, and news stories. The editor will pull video, produce segments, write lead-ins and questions for guests, conduct interviews and participate in the editorial process. The candidate must have good news judgment, strong communication skills, ability to develop and assemble content in an understandable fashion. The candidate must also possess the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, must be creative and have the ability to think out of the box and find new ways to present information. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision and be a good and quick decision maker.
