Tryon Entertainment is a full-service entertainment solutions company that provides models, talent, custom show production, costume design and original acts & concepts for special events and projects including Product Launches, Corporate Events, High-End Private Events, Media Events, Marketing/Promotions, Award Ceremonies, Fashion Events, Trade Shows, Fundraisers, Charity Events, Galas, and more.

We are seeking interns with a strong knowledge and understanding of the performing arts, live events, theatrical productions, casting, and style/art/music/dance/etc..

DUTIES include (but not limited to):
-General office tasks
-Organize and Maintain Files/Databases
-Casting Models and Talent
-Preparing Booking Confirmations
-Preparing Invoices
-Preparing production schedules/call sheets
-Client Relations
-Preparing Proposals
-Assisting with Fittings, Rehearsals, General Preproduction
-Running production errands
-Site walk-throughs and client meetings
-Event Planning
-Social Media/Online Management

REQUIREMENTS:
-Mac user
-Efficient multi-tasker
-Organized with attention to detail
-Strong communication skills
-Quick-solving type
-Excellent time-management skills
-Very resourceful
-Extreme professionalism and reliability
-Very Articulate, Friendly, Outgoing
-Poised, polished with a great sense of style
-Creative skills such as photoshop & video editing is a plus but not required.

Must be based in the NYC area and available 3-5 days a week (hrs TBD).
This is generally an unpaid internship but will provide some stipend/bonuses and hourly pay for various events and productions. This internship offers an opportunity for long term fully-paid position.
