Blount Properties owns and manages 45 student/young professional rental properties (apartments, duplexes) located in the Tar River University Area close to Uptown Greenville.
Intern will help with the following:
– Inputting information on new online web based property management
– Developing website with PR/Marketing Director
– Working with professional photographer for photos of all properties for website
– Developing a marketing campaign for potential new tenants – ECU Students/Young Professionals
– Working with non-profits such as Uptown Greenville to link in Blount Properties
