iHeartRadio is looking for focused and motivated college students to intern for the 2013 fall semester. This position is part-time for college credit.

Interns will be working with iHeartRadio, a free, all-in-one digital service that lets you find more than 1,500 Live Stations or create commercial-free Custom Stations featuring the artist you select and similar music. iHeartRadio is available online at http://www.iheart.com and via iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone 7, Xbox 360, Google TV, Kindle Fire and more. The iHeartRadio app has been downloaded over 95 million times.

In addition to working with the iHeartRadio app, students will be working with 1,000+ local Clear Channel Media + Entertainment radio stations on digital initiatives and national projects.

Social Marketing & Engagement
Description: Responsibilities include conducting various online marketing projects such as: growing audience base on our active social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube), organizing and tracking social media initiatives from 1,000+ local Clear Channel Media + Entertainment radio stations from around the country as well as helping to extend the reach of music programs and promotions to the appropriate targeted fans online. Interns will also track feedback/sentiment for iHeartRadio and the competitive space.

Qualifications: Must have a strong interest in social media/digital marketing, possess creative writing skills and have an eagerness to learn. Marketing, Advertising or Communications majors preferred.

Requirements for all internships:

-Minimum of 20 hours/week (2-3 full days)
-MUST be able to receive college credit.

-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word a must; Outlook a bonus
-Knowledgeable of the web and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube)
-Strong communication skills – written and verbal
-Passion for music, pop culture and social media
-Must be detail-oriented, a fast learner and a team player
