The Walton Tribune, an award winning twice-weekly newspaper in Monroe, Ga., is seeking a staff writer.
Responsibilities include covering city government, court proceedings, feature writing as well as layout and design of pages and some photography. Quark experience is preferred but not mandatory though understanding of AP style is required.
Hours will vary and may require occasional weekend assignments. We offer health benefits with optional dental and vision coverage as well as paid vacation and eight paid holidays.
