Internship
StriVectin, a leading anti-aging skincare brand, is hiring a Public Relations Intern for the 2014 Spring Semester.
Reporting to the Director and Assistant Manager of Public Relations, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
– Assemble and distribute all press kit and product mailings
– Assist with social media monitoring and execution across all platforms
– Compile and distribute monthly clip reports
– Assist with logistics needs in relation to events
– Suggest pitch ideas based on observed trends
– Support the PR team and attend weekly department meetings
Requirements:
– Entering junior or senior year of college with the ability to receive academic credit
– Public Relations/Communications major preferred but not required
– Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry required
– Previous office experience and/or relevant internships strongly preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency using Microsoft Office
– Can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in and learn new skills
– Experience working with Microsoft Outlook preferred
This is an unpaid, for-credit-only, internship program. Proof of credit eligibility and course enrollment from an accredited academic institution must be provided prior to start date. All internship offers are contingent upon receipt of school letter verifying credit eligibility.
