my “Oh!” spot, is a gourmet food and beverage business for avid, new and curious connoisseurs of organic healthy cuisines, and individuals whose dietary lifestyle practices are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, raw, gluten-free, or organic meats. My “ Oh!” spot possesses the “Oh my gosh” factor that transcends consumers from a pre-conceived notion to a new level of unexpected great taste and enjoyment of foods. Oh , quite naturally, stands for organic health–it’s the focus behind our food movement. Our mission is to make healthy food affordable, lovable and easily accessible for those who are health conscious, concerned about animal welfare or have just made eating more vegetables, or organically, a personal lifestyle choice.
We are working on several local, national and international projects from mega sporting events like Super Bowl, and sports arenas to hotels and corporate catering. Qualified candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of two full 8-hour work days in-office time. Applicants enrolled in college are eligible to receive credit. Selected interns will receive the opportunity to obtain educational on-the-job experience and training in the fields of football, basketball, golf, and motorsports; diverse networkingand broad exposure to the industry.

We are looking for:
§ Public Relations majors and students working towards a Masters in Public Relations. If you have no direct public relations background, you must have comparable experience that makes you beneficial to the program.
§ Detail-orientated leaders; you must have the ability to lead in the development & implementation of proficient and creative Public Relation plans to help drive corporate and sales volume.
§ Public Relations researchers and writers. You must possess the skill set to develop plans that are geared towards garnering publicity to various events, both private and public.
§ Knowledgeable persons. You must have a strong background in understanding the public relations environment and aware of industry changes.
§ We are interested in individuals who are not afraid to be aggressive, astute and ready to write press releases and work with media outlets.
§ Oversee advertisement campaigns.

Qualified applicants should be able to:
§ Prepare or edit organizational publications for internal and external audiences, including employee newsletters and stockholders’ reports.
§ Respond to requests for information from the media or designate another appropriate spokesperson or information source.
§ Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups.
§ Plan and direct development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder perceptions of an organization’s accomplishments and agenda.
§ Confer with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions.
§ Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill.
