Blizzard is looking for intelligent and highly motivated students to spend summer 2014 with us in Irvine as game tester interns and help test our upcoming games. Job duties include database entry, documentation, working closely with a team of developers, and, of course, hours of game playing. An ideal candidate would be an avid and perceptive gamer who is good at describing noteworthy issues he or she has found in an organized and clear fashion.
Level Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) and planning to return to school following the internship
Passion for technology, gaming, and game development
Absolute passion for, extensive knowledge of, and experience with Blizzard games, products, and services
High level of self-motivation, drive, and initiative
Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent analytical skills
Recommended Talents
Demonstrated software / hardware troubleshooting ability

Game Analysis
The game analysis should demonstrate your understanding of the gameplay mechanics and relationships to the design and implementation of the game.
The game analysis should be on either a computer game or console game. This game analysis should not be on a game made by Blizzard Entertainment.
Please limit your game analysis to no longer than 5 pages (the average length of an analysis is approximately 3 pages).
