We have an exciting opportunity for an assistant or intern to be the involved and help in many aspects of the agency, no experience needed – we will train the right person. This position is perfect for a recent grad or someone with a desire to quickly gain experience in many aspects of the advertising business.
We are a family owned & operated Raleigh advertising agency. Our company is a full service agency with some exclusive services in direct mail (Yay! Local) as well as in radio, TV, mobile apps, SEO and website development. We have an excellent reputation and a strong, loyal customer base.

You will work alongside the agency owner, and account team on helping to manage current clients as well as proposals to prospective clients. Projects you will help with include but are not limited to: helping to prepare client presentations and making in person pitches to clients and prospects for new business, writing emails and meeting reports, entering data, organizing office, car, and keeping client appointment calendars. You will also have the opportunity to help consult with clients and prospects on new creative such as print, direct mail, mobile app design, website design, news releases, social media posts, video editing, copy editing, and other projects as requested by clients and prospective clients. The environment is young, fast-paced and fun. We will train the right person; if you have skills in these areas that is a plus.
The right candidate will be organized, responsible, and calm under pressure. Some knowledge or skills in the relevant areas mentioned above would be desirable but not critical. He or she will be willing to work flexible hours including in the evening or occasional weekend if and when needed. The right personality is more important than relevant experience. You must currently live in Raleigh, must be available to start immediately. Individuals looking for temporary internships are also welcome to apply, some compensation will be available.
Candidates that demonstrate strong capabilities and quickly learn about the business are eligible for advancement with increased responsibilities in account or creative services as openings arise.
