The United States Golf Association seeks an Online Intern responsible for providing online support – technical and editorial – primarily during championship season. Intern will assist in gathering and posting editorial content, such as stories, photos and photo gallaries, as well as video. This person will be expected to assist with editorial and multimedia packages support. The person must be willing to work long hours and/or into the night. Location: New Jersey
Duties Include:
- Operating the content management system
- Building gallaries
- Posting video and maintaining video hub
- Posting ancillary content as needed, such as building player biographies
- Editorial dutes as assigned
Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities:
Required – 1-2 years experience working online, including familiarity with content management systems. Strong communication skills and self-sufficient with projects and assignments. Ideal candidate will be a college junior or senior. Knowledge of HTML, Photo Mechanic and Photo Shop preferred but not required. Person should be proficient at juggling a multitude of projects.
