We have an opportunity for an intern to be the assistant to the president of our ad agency, no experience needed – we will train the right person. This position is ideal for a college senior or recent grad with a desire to gain experience in the advertising business.
We are a locally owned & operated Raleigh advertising agency. Our company creates direct mail, radio, TV, mobile apps, websites and other materials for our clients. We have an excellent reputation and a strong, loyal customer base.

You will support the agency president in day to day tasks, including but not limited to: prepare for client and prospect meetings, manage project schedules, update contact and project databases, issue meeting summaries, writing emails, organizing office and vehicle. The environment is fast-paced and fun. We will train the right person; if you have skills in these areas that is a plus.
The right candidate will be organized, responsible, and calm under pressure. Some knowledge or skills in communications would be desirable but not critical. He or she will be willing to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. The right personality is more important than relevant experience. You must currently live in Raleigh, must be available to start immediately. Individuals looking for temporary internships are also welcome to apply, some compensation may be available..
