Blount Properties is looking for creative individual/individuals to help with implementation (helping take photos inside/outside of properties) of the Blount Properties website while adding a millennials input to help for marketing on the web. This individual would need to be able to work with/understand WIX website co. Looking for someone who understands what students and young professionals are seeking with respect to a place to live in the Grid – University area. We are also interested in having a short film made to be implemented on the site of different aspects of things to do in the Grid/Uptown/Greenway/Dog Park tying in with the Blount Properties website.

o Adding content to attract students for leasing season of ‘18
o Adding new pics of current student/residents
o Adding new pics of properties
o Adding pics of activities to do such as Uptown, Tar River, Dog park, Greenway
o Adding features for easier navigation
* Pushing out more Instagram photos of Blount Properties for students looking for properties off campus in The Grid. I
