CMT (Country Music Television), a cable channel of Viacom Media Networks, is currently recruiting for our Spring 2018 paid internship program for various departments across our company. All students applying for an internship with CMT must be able to commit to a minimum schedule of 16 hours per week for a period of at least ten consecutive weeks in order to be considered for our program.
Attached is a copy of our internship department listings that we currently offer. Please make this available to any of your students who might be interested in pursuing a career in music business, communications, journalism, human resources and/or entertainment law.

Internship Program Criteria:
· We accept students entering their junior or senior year of college, as well as some graduate and law students. Students that have already graduated will not be eligible for the program – they must be active/current students.
· Internships will be paid at a standard competitive hourly rate – we are paying $13/hr rate in Nashville.
· We offer internships with a 10-week minimum, a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, and a recommended maximum of 35 hours per week.
· College credit is not required, but we will provide appropriate documentation for credit if necessary.
