Student media is seeking design apprentices this semester! We have positions available in our advertising agency, Buccaneer Yearbook and The East Carolinian.
If you have a creative side and you’re interested in working in the media, this is a great place to start. No experience is necessary (although knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is a plus). Design apprentices who are accepted will go through a six-week apprenticeship program to teach you the foundations of design within your medium and also get you hands-on experience in the office. After successfully completing the program, you’ll become a paid member of the staff. There are a lot of opportunities to move up into a management position in the future, as well.
