North Carolina Public Radio-WUNC, the public radio station licensed to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is hiring a News Administrative Intern.
The intern will provide administrative assistance to WUNC’s news team. Includes greeting guests for The State of Things, maintaining databases, and assisting reporters.
This position is a 20 hour per week temporary position at WUNC’s downtown Durham office. The salary range is $13-16 per hour. The position is expected to start on or around October 15, 2018. The work schedule is 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. Monday-Friday.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Journalism and radio experience preferred.
