What is EC Leases?
At EC Leases we are all about helping college students rent a home that everyone loves. We understand how hard it is for students to find a house that not only makes your roommates happy but your budget and your parents happy too. That is where we come in. At EC Leases, we have a proven system to help guide you to a great home in the grid. It doesn’t
matter if this is your very first time looking for housing and need some help, or if you are a seasoned upperclassman and you just want a home you can relax in and service you can
trust; we are here to help make your life easy, your friends jealous, and your parents proud.
EC Leases provides a beautiful and clean home, warm and caring service, thoughtful gifts,
and timely promotions, and of course great communication. In all the little details, we are
creating a memorable moment for our residents. From their first step in the door to the
moment they return the keys, our goal is to have residents that love their home and the
service we provide so much, that they never want to leave.
Job Information – Project Manager
Every fall, EC Leases begins showing houses and leasing properties for the following year.
The Project Manager position helps us advertise, promote, create content, give tours of
houses, and encourage the team towards getting properties leased out. This position is
available for credit, as a paid internship, or as a hybrid. We provide 3-15 hours per week.

A responsible person who is comfortable leading a group of peers.

A person who is well networked in Greek life and/or campus community.
●
An independent worker with a strong desire to be successful.

Able to respectfully push through a No without feeling rejection in order to get to
Yes
●
Confident and able to execute a plan in order to achieve desired results.

Talented in communicating, listening, and problem solving with others.
●
Comfortable in performing market research and surveys in order to drive business
initiatives
●
Skilled with Google Suite, Instagram, Facebook
Payment and Application Information
