NCLR Virtual Internship

Become a member of the NCLR and provide literary records of the state of North Carolina!

Graduate students assigned to the North Carolina Literary Review for a 10-20–hour per week assistantship serve as Editorial Assistants. Any student accepted into an East Carolina University graduate program is eligible to apply for this assistantship.

If you are interested in working on the staff of ECU’s award-winning North Carolina Literary Review, find information about doing so here:

and here:

Undergraduates can enroll in ENGL 4890, section 001, to be an intern on the staff. The class receives Writing Intensive credit and would be useful to English, Communications, and Art (especially graphic design) majors and minors.

If you’d like to discuss interning with NCLR after exploring this information, contact Dr. Margaret Bauer with any questions or, if you wish, to set up a meeting with Dr. Bauer (on Webex). Reach Dr. Bauer at BauerM@ecu.edu.
