As an intern at Inner Banks Media, you will learn a multitude of responsibilities involved in running live, syndicated or recorded programming. You will learn production skills needed to advance in this industry. You will learn how to operate a board in order to produce a live program. You will be responsible for interviews, recording, production, and more. Hours will vary, so you must make yourself available if you are to learn and advance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Live on-location set up, breakdown and running of show
- Equipment check and set up
- Getting live interviews or going to get audio from a press conference for ECU Athletics and other sporting events
- Running a live program
- Production
- Recording commercial or other audio
- Social Media
- Video Editing
