As Director of the ERHD Program, I am pleased to announce that the ERHD Graduate Certificate Online Program is accepting applications from qualified students to enroll for the Fall 2015 semester at East Carolina University. To obtain a graduate certificate in ethnic and rural health disparities, completion of 12 credit hours is required.
