The Ethnic and Rural Health Disparities Program at ECU wants to officially inform all visitors that our program is on the federal listing as a Title IV eligible certificate program. What this means is that qualified graduate professionals who are accepted into the program NOW have more options to finance their courses. Financing for this program may be available through grants, scholarships, loans (federal and private) and institutional financing plans.
