Greetings everyone,
In effort to stay aware of any issues and updates from each department, I am requesting that each department complete the sections below and reply back to jeffersonk@ecu.edu. I will try to gage when to send these out, I don’t want to bombard you with Tech emails BUT I want to ensure that I do not miss any issues that need to be addressed.
- Are there any major issues that I should be aware of?
i.e. Canvas, Respondus Lockdown Browser, Onedrive, Teams, Mediasite, or Bookings etc…
- Were there any questions from your department that should be addressed?
- Are there any issues with any of our operating systems or hardware equipment in your department or in any of the classrooms that I should be aware of? (Please list room number for classroom)
i.e. monitor/screen issues, pc slowness, laptop slowness, missing batteries, microphone or audio issues etc..
