Please be advised that on Monday, March 28th, ITCS will be releasing Windows 10, version 20H2, for university-owned Windows 10 desktop and laptop computers.  See below for further details.

On Monday, March 28, ITCS will release Windows 10, version 20H2, for university-owned Windows 10 desktop and laptop computers. This upgrade includes the latest security features plus a few new options: New Start menu design for Windows 10 20H2. Taskbar comes with a more personalized layout for new accounts. Notifications are now less intrusive. New refresh rate settings in Display. Tablet mode no longer shows a notification to select mode when detaching the keyboard. Microsoft Edge tabs now appear in Alt + Tab. The update will be automatically deployed using Windows Update Services and will require several restarts for completion. Once you see the notification window, choose one of three update options: Pick a time I Remind me later I Restart now The upgrade takes approximately one hour to complete. If you wish to check for the update after it is released, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. ** Clinics will automatically receive the Windows 10, version 20H2 update via the KACE installation tool the weekend of Friday, April 1 – Sunday, April 3. NO ACTION IS REQUIRED FROM USERS IN CLINICS. ** Need Help?
