All our general classrooms and some labs have the following features to help when presenting to your class

Using AirMedia you can walk into any meeting space and wirelessly present PowerPoint®, Excel®, and Word documents, PDFs, photos, and screen shots from your personal iOS® or Android™ mobile device on the room display.  Click here for a tutorial.

AV Bridge – for webconferencing using WebEx, Zoom or other webconferencing software

Software available – Turning Point, SPSS (upon Request), Office Suite, VLC player and others upon request.

Our EASY Button – need to record your class, select Panopto on the panel and press Record.  Advise OET of your recording and we will get it published and don’t forget to put the Microphone on!

How to Find and View Panopto Recordings in Canvas

Greetings, CAHS!

Recording a video in Panopto can be as simple as hitting “Record” and “Stop”. However, where does that recording go?  How do I access my recordings?  Here is a weekly “Panopto pop-up” informative email that will help save you time and effort in locating these recordings.  Please see attached document to read more.  As always feel free to reach out too me if you have any questions, or would like to schedule one on one Panopto training with me.
